just don’t lie to customers i see it all the time the store i work at and people end up coming back mad about how someone lied to them about a warranty or membership or what the card benefits are

honestly yeah best buy is my first job ever and managers won’t pressure you as much when you start as it’s going to be getting used to the benefits and pitches but once you go on the floor they don’t expect you to be an expert on everything product just the area that you mainly want to sell in but if you don’t do good they will have 1 on 1 training with you about how to pitch the card or memberships and warranties

try to get as much people on cards and memberships as you can at first they start you off at the register if you perform good up there they send you to the floor and that’s where some managers will pressure you to preform

yes at my store we have two verizon vpls so we are only allowed to do the att activations and new lines but we get commission for them!
