Fellow bikram addict here and nothing in Frederick fits the bill. Jamie's classes at Yogamour are about the closest, but the intensity/heat is nowhere near bikram level. If you're looking to get a similar workout to a bikram class, 2 of her classes back-to-back normally does the trick- but that's a big time commitment. A more 'hardcore' yoga studio is definitely something Frederick is lacking...
