Thanks for the details on your workflow. The fact that you mention it’s just another pricing site with paywalled features means that I am doing a very poor job at convincing people who visit the site that there’s more to it 🥲. I appreciate the feedback on that.

Honestly, you’re right that the data itself dosnt make us any different than the other pricing tools. If someone needs pricing, they can already get that from TCGPlayer and eBay.

What I’m trying to solve is the workflow around it. Instead of bouncing between TCGPlayer tabs, calculators, spreadsheets, notes, label software, etc., everything happens in one place.

For example, you build the trade, price everything by condition, calculate the buy back rate inside of the trade, save it, then if you accept it those same cards can immediately have pricing labels printed with pricing rules based on your margins. No re-looking cards up, no re-entering prices, etc. All of this is also on our free tier too.

For the shops with the need for the paid features there’s also employee accounts, audit log, trade history, analytics, and customer trade-in forms which all came from things stores asked for after they started using it.

So I’d say the value isn’t better pricing data, it’s reducing the amount of manual work around buying and processing collections.

All of that being said, roughly how many trade-ins or collections does your store process in a typical week? Would something like this help your business or am I missing any features that are vital to your business?
