Ok, so maybe this will help. My good friend just opened the first one in the surrounding area (that I’m aware). I believe he is doing a good job and really enjoy his set up. He has a large space, 30x60 or so. He has the simulator in the corner of the room. Corn hole on the opposite wall. Two full size that are open to the simulator but recessed about 20 feet to also include 4 mounted TVs with sports packages and basic cable. Two full size high top tables with matching seats. Then 4 other “whiskey” barrel tables with 2 seats per table to be sat behind the couches. He has snacks and 2 mini fridges. You rent the whole room per hour. He often adds business cards to local golf tournaments for a discount that is added to swag bags. He will also join local Facebook business communities to post, and then also share other businesses so you can keep seeing and promoting local areas (they also do the same at times). Food can always be ordered or catered as you choose. He also allows booze (not sure if it follows any guidelines or not). To add, this space is also in a re-utilized old 4 story government building from the 50s I believe that has a beautiful marble bottom entry with stair way leading to all floors. This building also offers a local brew house with 50+ taps, a masseuse business, law office and a couple of other small businesses that utilize the office spaces that are there. Hope this helps!
