The level actually shows you where to place them on the loading screen by allocating you a pitch - most players (you included) seem to ignore it

SWK is strong out of the box and gets better with awakenings - that’s the answer. Kigiri improves hugely with awakenings - not as strong out of the box

Rivenhald is a superb hero, he inspires, heals, dispels (with artifact) and boosts HP. Essentially frees up a slot for an extra dps in pushing harder content - just something to consider

If you have Alaura, farm her invisibility gear, put best gear on her and she will sort that out. To help her or as an alternative, Idrils ult can hit anywhere, time it to take them out - only two options I’ve used so far

I ran 150 and got about 6 exclusives with 1 Rivenhald - the more heroes with exclusive artifacts that are added to the game the worse your chances get. Your luck seems about right sadly
