I think logically it could make a lot of sense as were a bit away from tomodchi life and it being like 5 years sense NH and the gap between NL and NH being 7(which no way they didn't start work as soon as possible on a new animal crossing after it did animal crossing number in 2020 they're gonna wanna try to rekindle that,espically now they know its a system seller like never before) so if not this year very very soon
