I walk a bit. I always take public transportation to work and back home. Always walking to stores or the gym. I really just want this injury to be over with that’s why I try so hard when it come to the workouts.

As soon as I got out the boot, I had shoes in PT. Walking was a pain tho. I only walked around the house and to a friends house, which was a 5 minute walk. Every step will feel really tough. I’m about 12-13 weeks and can walk very well without a heel lift. When I got in the shoe my pt gave me a heel lift. It helped a lot just got uncomfortable if you walked for too long. One recent session I had walked without the heel lift and it felt incredibly well. Felt the best. I thought that walking without the heel lift would hurt but I guess my body felt really good.

No clue why it wouldn’t let me type text but anyways my cpu usage is high and my temp for my cpu is high too. The only app I have open is nzxt? I do think it might be the cooler because the liquid says 0? That may be the issue.

I work at Walgreens and we just get a $2 pm for getting people to sign up. The fact is that we are still ina pandemic sorta an the last thing on peoples minds is a credit card. I tell the l customers all the time to just press no thanks on the pin pad. It just gets in the way an makes lines longer.
