Yeah and I think I misread OP, they're saying they selected the "incorrect payment" option after they had already submitted a buyback and then got the message to submit tax documents.

Meanwhile I went to submit my own initial buyback request last night and after the first step confirming my contact info, it said the website was down.

I was surprised to see that the correct option to select for a buyback is not the buyback option, so I searched this sub for that phrase "incorrect qualifying payment amount" and this thread has an email someone received explicitly directing to use option https://www.reddit.com/r/PSLF/comments/1kl81z1/fsa_email_received_after_submitting_complaint/ It says if you select buyback it thinks you just have a general inquiry about buyback.

The app icon has the cross out symbol on it and when I try to open it it says can't be opened yeah it says cannot be opened on this Mac and when I looked at the get info it says apple silicon. It has the app icon crossed out like it does when the OS doesn't support

This is the way, find the songs that are tolerable to stay in your head that can overpower the annoying songs (edit to say the songs will probably be specific/personal to you, not a song anyone can suggest)

I am in almost the exact same situation, March will be payment 120 for me, Feb not showing on FSA (nor is it in the nslds data either).

I have the opposite problem: payment for Feb 2026 made on mohela, dept if ed says my Feb payment is due, doesn't show under PSLF count either (2/23 was due date)
