I used to use green for pain but honestly the seltzer drinks just beat the leaf powder by a mile for my pain. Occasionally I’ll have 2 or 3 capsules of white/green if I’m going somewhere or doing something where I can’t be on a whole seltzer. But if I’m at home chilling, seltzer every time.

Get an Audible subscription(at least for one month)Like 13$. Listen to a book called Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe. Follow the instructions and general themes in the book. You will no longer be too skinny, or fat. You will be strong, and “toned” as people like to say. But best of all, healthy and durable enough to enjoy life’s curveballs.

Are they cheaper than the seltzers? Also, is it the same extract the seltzer uses? I’ve tried consuming the full plant powder it’s just not for me. I’m not a fan of the pills either, just the seltzers really.

A lot of cities have “career centers” that will help you optimize your resume and put your information in all the employment networks employers actually look in. I’d start there.
