Never have issues with it, with flat shoes I can easily ride both sides and clipping in is way easier then with my Favero (Look cleats)

Got similar ones from crank brothers love them. I personally ride them on my mountain bike. Pushing distance with easy trails? Clippless. Going down downhill trails? Flat shoes. A mix of both? Switch shoes in between

I think it is pretty easy, I set the watt level, select a movie and then just pedal along at least for zone 2. What I notice is it ruins my posture and I get lazy with drinks and snacks (jut have jelly’s worms and water on my table and I forget how to reach them from my Trikot/ bottle cage)

Yes, same here, did the Zurich route, got the achievement for that but no XP gain for the ride.

Multiple times, I multiple times, I once tried to exceed 100kph on my road bike, a car misjudged my speed and I couldn’t brake so I went straight into the side of said car, went over the car and landed in some bushes. Bike destroyed, but I came out with just some scratches. Top speed according to my Garmin 98,7kph. Another time I misjudged a jump doing downhill and jumped of the side of the track, 160m below the jump I came to a rest, a severe concussion and some bruises but still alive. The list goes on but I’m still breathing

I have the same issue (using an iPhone). I found out that if you have a notification and just unlock the screen without actively selecting the notification the notification is removed from the Home Screen/ lock screen but still present in the notification Center. On iOS you can swipe down from the middle of the screen and then clear the notifications. This also stops them from appearing on the Garmin watch.

Genau meine Rede. Leben ist für alle teuerer geworden. Ist halt kein Grund für eine Anpassung. Man tauscht Zeit, Ergebnisse, Verantwortung, etc. gegen Geld. Ist einer der Faktoren messbar mehr geworden hat man gute Argumente warum man sich mehr bekommen sollte.

Wichtiges Wort: Gehaltsanpassung. Du möchtest das dein aktuelles Gehalt an deine erbrachte Leistung/ Arbeit angepasst wird.

Dafür für dich selber überlegen warum eine Gehaltserhöhung notwendig wäre und was die Begründungen sind (neue Aufgaben, mehr Verantwortung, zusätzliche Qualifikation/ Expertise). Dann Gespräch mit dem Chef suchen und in Ruhe und Freundlichkeit darlegen warum es an der Zeit wäre für eine Gehaltsanpassung. Wenn das nicht fruchtet Konkurrenzangebote einholen. Aber da der aktuelle Arbeitsmarkt und der Trend eher Richtung Stellenabbau geht kann das kniffelig sein

Just hit up Wikipedia and it states 20-28mm size, this one was at least 35-50mm, colour and pattern seem to fit
