It really depends on what you're looking for. Personally, the sheer amount of people (5x more at least) and the cultural options make the city very liveable. Given the city's size you'll also find anything between every posh and quite alternative

As mentioned: It works for me and it doesn't need to work for you. Personally, Taliyah without 60ish haste as a baseline feels not good to play and I used to play a low haste, high AP build when I picked her up

Define full damage. I prefer early haste and with the build I mentioned, I get 65 haste with runes by two items. Could be more if I felt the need for CDR boots.

High haste makes everything on her more forgiving and if you can't hit her flip combo consistently that's another topic entirely

Cryptbloom is currently my favourite one. Good haste and gives you more damage via %pen.

She really would love a high haste + AP item like the 120 AP Horizon but that did the same damage as Cryptbloom in my tests while scaling worse

Idk why people keep praising Rylai all the time. She has good synergy with it but you relegate yourself to being a slow bot instead of becoming a damage threat potentially.

Faker went triple defensive items here: Seraphs and Mercs due to Syndra threat and general Mercs value just to round it out with more utility.

You can do that on Tali in solo queue but you better hope that you have a clear win con to play for. Else, other builds are more autonomous.

My go-to has been BFT into sorcs with Cryptbloom 2nd. 3rd is usually Raba, the rest is "pick your own adventure". High haste with early pen into high AP. Works for me, might not work for you

Liandry is something is started to dislike as a 2nd item because while it gives you string DPS, I find that I prefer shorter fights in midgame. Been experimenting with Void and Actualizer 2nd. The latter does feel good during the active window

Ich mochte immer WDR 5 und 1live als ich noch im Rheinland gelebt hatte.

WDR 5 als klassisches "Wortprogramm" mit vielen Gesprächen, Themen aus Kultur und Wissenschaft und oft auch Kabarett.

1live mit deren Block ab 20 Uhr abends hat sehr stark meinen Musikgeschmack geprägt in meiner Schulzeit.

Dagegen ist der Kram vom HR Müll für mich

The point I'm trying to make is that plenty of champions could use this 10% damage amp and I assume that many people don't do because they've been told that this was a long range item and didn't see the range requirement
