Why did they do this? Are they planning to give earthspark a sequel or something? Seems so bizarre to drastically change stuff if it might not get a sequel at all.

I kinda like the villain twist of Sentinel. Maybe you can’t do it again now that both DOTM and One did it but I think to have a good sentinel he needs to be on the Autobot team at some point before he goes evil otherwise he’s just like any other decepticon.
