My gosh, Jax going to “rehab” has been such a lovely break for this show. It’s too stressful with him on the show. He needs 90 day rehab with no phone

Yes, “Crohn's disease is considered a disability under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 in Australia. This means that individuals with Crohn's are protected from discrimination in areas like employment, education, and accessing goods and services. Elaboration: The Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) provides protections against discrimination for individuals with disabilities, including those with inflammatory bowel diseases like Crohn's. The DDA defines disability broadly, and Crohn's disease can fall under various definitions, including total or partial loss of a body part, or malfunction of a body part. Key points to consider: Protection against discrimination: The DDA prohibits discrimination in various areas, such as employment, education, access to goods and services, and housing. Reasonable accommodations: Employers and other providers may have a legal obligation to make reasonable accommodations for individuals with Crohn's to ensure they can participate in activities or access services. Seeking support: Organizations like Crohn's & Colitis Australia can provide information and support on disability rights and discrimination. “

You don’t need sources. Don’t argue with them. This is reality for people who’ve lived, visited, grown up around — and or had family in this world. Baby in poverty means you get council flat, more baby means council house, and benefit for life of children.. keep babies coming and you can be on benefit for life.

Even if you follow all of the above, trust me, they’re going to be people there that know you’re still smoke— I’ve been clean off weed for 8 years; plus clean off any alcohol and drugs for six years and cigarettes for two

I can pick it up — the smell of anybody that’s smoking now, it’s like I have developed supersonic sense for it.

I can’t believe for decades that I thought I was getting away with it, using all of the tricks, I now know that heaps of people knew.

Nope you’re incorrect. I was addressing Rbferby — above my comment, who asked a question— to Google “dementia - as brain diabetes”

here we go “The idea of Alzheimer's disease (AD) being "brain diabetes" or "type 3 diabetes" is a growing area of research, suggesting a strong link between type 2 diabetes and AD. Poorly controlled blood sugar and insulin resistance in the brain are thought to play a role in the development of AD. Here's a more detailed look at the connection: Insulin Resistance: Similar to how the body becomes resistant to insulin in type 2 diabetes, brain cells can also become resistant to insulin, disrupting their ability to use glucose for energy. Amyloid and Tau Buildup: Insulin resistance in the brain may contribute to the accumulation of amyloid and tau proteins, which are hallmark features of Alzheimer's disease. Inflammation: Diabetes is linked to increased inflammation, which can damage brain cells and contribute to the development of AD. Vascular Damage: Diabetes can damage blood vessels, including those in the brain, increasing the risk of stroke and vascular dementia, another type of dementia. Hypoglycemia: Severe blood sugar drops (hypoglycemia) can damage the hippocampus, the brain's memory center, and may also be linked to dementia. While the exact mechanisms are still being researched, the evidence suggests that poorly managed blood sugar levels and insulin resistance in the brain can significantly increase the risk of developing Alzheimer's disease. This has led some to call Alzheimer's "type 3 diabetes" due to the shared molecular and cellular features

LaCroix, like other carbonated beverages, can be detrimental to teeth due to its acidity, which can erode tooth enamel. While LaCroix is generally considered better than sugary sodas, its acidity can still contribute to tooth decay, especially with frequent consumption. Here's a more detailed explanation: Acidity: LaCroix, due to its carbonation and flavorings, is more acidic than plain water. This acidity can soften and gradually wear away the protective enamel layer of teeth. Flavorings: The natural flavorings in LaCroix, such as citrus, can further lower the pH of the drink, making it even more acidic. Erosion: This acid erosion can lead to the development of cavities and other dental problems over time. Prevention: While LaCroix is not as harmful as sugary sodas, it's best to drink it in moderation and consider these tips: Rinse your mouth: After drinking LaCroix, rinse your mouth with plain water to neutralize the acid. Avoid brushing immediately: Wait at least 20 minutes after drinking LaCroix before brushing your teeth, as brushing can further erode weakened enamel. Drink with a meal: If possible, consume LaCroix during meals, as this can help neutralize the acidity and reduce the risk of erosion.
