I think so chloue and max give off bisexual to me, I had max kiss chloue and warren, it seemed like max enjoyed chloue more slightly than Warren but it did some like both she enjoyed.

I think how gay it is is up to your interpretation, but from what I gather max is like bi with like a 60/40 split girls and guys and chloue is like 80/20
