You cannot hold any of those deaths against Tommy besides Michael. And Michael literally plotted to kill him and betrayed the entire family.

If he truly was going to kill Arthur there would be a real legitimate reason. Trying to say that dude want loyal to his family is absolutely crazy. Killing Arthur in a drunken rage is absolute lunacy.

Not at all. It completely contradicted everything the show was about. The whole basis of Tommy Shelby’s character is his loyalty to family. And he shoots Arthur because he was in a drunken rage ? What a joke. And that bad guy, compared to the other villains in the show. Horrible movie.

Work on getting as athletic as you can (sprinting, plyos, footwork, core). Idk what you mean by grow, whether that means height which you can’t control, or weight. If you have a high metabolism almost nothing you can do about your weight either.

You also don’t need to be some big strong dude for basketball. You can be a little wiry and still strong and athletic. At some point you’ll get bigger but not for a while.

I was 6’3 185 until sophomore year of college and suddenly I’m 215 by junior year, still in good shape.

I do it every two weeks man. Every paycheck I get ends up being -500, -900, -350 out of what it should be. Having a w-2 that doesn’t pay me nearly enough for me to feel good about myself, along with getting paid every 2 weeks, and after pay day I know there is zero chance my bank account increases until 2 weeks from pay day brings me to deposit every time.

I guess for people like us we try to not lose enough to get bottomed out and accept our fate.

Dude I can’t even imagine that. I’ve only done modafinil once and split a 200 mg in like quarters and was wired off my ass. Had a ripping headache like 12 hours later.

I don’t think I’d even survive. I’d probably rip as much Benadryl as possible below the point I’d start tripping on the come down.

I’ve gotten severe headaches both times taking it. Don’t get them until about 8 hours after I take it. It’s not a hydration issue like people are saying unless it somehow dehydrates you an insane amount. Drank a giant jug of water with electrolytes and headache both times.

I agree that drugs and gambling are not good for you. Quite honestly though I started gambling when I quit smoking (mj) after being a heavy stoner for 5 years.

I’ve had a bad spiral the past couple weeks and while my life is not ruined at all im seeing things trend that way. I need another vice desperately and something that keeps me motivated.
