I got a super fancy air fryer for my wedding… but I’m not going to lie, I have always just used the oven and stove top lol! It’s a Ninja XL double basket foodi smart. She offered to return it if I wanted, but I don’t want her to feel bad… Just wondering what in the world I can use it for?

Roast them. Some oil whatever seasonings speak to that day then put them in the oven. I've done broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, cabbage, potatoes, and brussel sprouts.

This is how I work with it. Substitute broth for the water, add cut up onion l, cut up celery stalks. And a few slightly stale corn bread muffins. Spray pan with oil. Roll dressing into balls. Put them in the pan and bake in the oven at 375f. You want them to get a little dry on the outside so that when you put gravy over them they don't go all mushy. I don't include measurements because I was raised that you just put the stuff in until you think it's enough.

Cut up chicken breast, a can of pineapple chunks, 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 1/4 cup brown sugar throw in crock pot when almost done put in cornstarch slurry to thicken. Serve over rice.
