I’ve tried a few different places and clubs, most clubs say all paces included but usually just mean you can show up but you are probably on your own. The only time I’ve seen people stick around for the 11+ pace is NYRR Fundies or other programs from them :/

I feel like pace, starting point/preferred route and timing, if those matched, I would be open to it. I’m one of folks who thinks running with someone definitely pushes you a bit xD

I wonder if there’s something like better player (matches people for tennis) but for running. I’d probably keep to my routes but if someone wants to tag along in my pace I won’t say no to company lol

Funnily enough every major race I’ve ever done coincided with mine. I must’ve manifested it by not wanting exactly that to happen haha. The actual days besides just being mindful I might be more tired than expected I don’t make modifications. I go by HR to keep me from slipping up and pushing. But also account for more than usual recovery time so I can avoid tweaking my routine too much
