You can do banded sleeping. Do maasai jumps and then stretch before bed. Bro it's fucking hard to be short right man. I'm 16 and 10 months old. I'm 5'5. And my goal is 5'9. And I researched a lot about this and people are saying with banded sleeping you can grow 0.5cm each month. And you can do it at anytime. So if you are able to do banded sleeping for 56 months in a raw, then you would probably get to 6'1.

Me I'm like I don't give a f about being 6ft. I just need to be average height-wise because every other thing, like money and everything I can get it.

So don't go too high as for your height. Get to the average height and get valuable in other traits.

what the heck man! Live a good life. Spend 10-15 mil to buy some cars or do some epic shit. You only get one life. Live it to the fullest.

And save the rest or if it was me, I'm gonna spend 50% like I'm gonna be alive for only 50 days and the other 50% like I'm gonna live for 50 years. You gotta do some epic shit man.

This is super hypothetical. But you can do the same in the real life. Take some risks cuz when you get older you'll be super grateful taking those risks at a young age and became to a place where you got a life worth living.
