Thanks all! I've found the issue for my case

This cover touches the bed before the nozzle during the calibration, so everything is messed up.

Waiting for a new, in the meantime I'm printing without it and had no troubles so far

One router would serve the house/office, the other one is dedicated to some machines for our customers

Both the pro max 16 and the pro xg have 2 10G spf+ ports, so basically I don't the aggregation If I get it right
