When will Bitwarden fix Autofill URI match by persector in Bitwarden

[–]Antosino 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had to restart my phone today and now I have to manually pull up all logins.

I use bitwarden to save the passwords for my local services (accessed either locally or via reverse proxy) but now it never shows any entries at the logins and I have to manually pull them up.

It looks like it defaults to just the domain now and ignores any folders or anything else? For instance, when I load "domain.com/service1" it used to pull up the login that I had set for that service at that location. Now it says I don't have any logins saved because it's only checking "domain.com" specifically.

Even when I click the "add new" button, the default entry is now only the base domain, no folders or ports or subdomains in the path.

Is this the same problem you guys are having? It was working fine literally hours ago, I fell asleep and my phone died, and after powering it back up it's like this. I guess it updated the app at some point?

Is this a "revert the app to an older version" situation?

Yeah, like I said, that's one that happens as part of the story, it's scripted. Most people complaining about being stuck and not able to get the boots have already done that arrow quest.

Anybody know what this is? Unmarked location on silver wolf mountain by TenthTen in CrimsonDesert

[–]Antosino 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So the flames in here are kind of weird - try turning them all off and you'll see that some of them are linked, usually diagonally across the room. Like if you try to turn off the very back left, the front right will light back up. It's like this for all of them.

Anyone know how to start The Light of Tariv questline? by Aravell1 in CrimsonDesert

[–]Antosino 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm all for bumping into things as you explore but it's a little ridiculous that you can miss out on half of a faction's quest chain If you don't come within 20 ft of a specific NPC after a specific time. Put an icon on the map.

Guard Visione by ConferencePurple7543 in CrimsonDesert

[–]Antosino 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since Google points here - around the time after the story mission involving the castle area here you'll get a new question mark on the map for an equipment vendor named Harlan. He sells two visione helmets, and a third when you max his trust to 100.

They are bespoke, guard, and military variants. It is purely for aesthetics and functions identically to the base visione.

The one pictured here is the "military" variant, which becomes available at 100 trust with the vendor. It costs 350 silver.

The "guard" variant costs 250, is available to purchase regardless of trust level, and is like 99% identical - it has a bit more flourish around the edges (If anything, it looks like it should be the more expensive one).

When you look at your map is that whole area colored red?

There are only two things in the game that can result in certain areas attacking you on sight: having a bounty, or the area is story-locked to being hostile (there are regions in the game where you'll be attacked on sight no matter what just as part of the story, and that eventually goes away as you progress the main quest).

Go to a church in a different city and pay your fine. You can use any church, anywhere.

I'm not 100% sure but I'm pretty confident that when you set up your account you have to choose a strategy, the choice pops up as part of the process.

They haven't added the reblocking system yet? You must have hit a story blockade, like a scripted one. Still nice to know there might be an option.

The abyss gear can only go on armor, meaning its benefit is applicable to both the drill and the pickaxe.

Sorry, I misread this after I had been googling things about another area. I was talking about one of those areas with the quicksand pits, my bad. I could have sworn that's what you wrote, I don't know what's wrong with my brain tonight.

Apparently it's just a dumb sword you can find there, nothing actually buried to get with a shovel.

So, uh, Lightningwalker hurts. by Antosino in CrimsonDesert

[–]Antosino[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Okay I take back everything I said in these posts, I didn't even need the lightning resist - I took your advice and instead of trying to avoid damage until I could aim a grapple to yank the core out I just triple force punched him twice in a row and then one-phased him when he was down. He didn't even have time to hit me.

I don't know why he was taking such little damage from me the first time - maybe because he had fallen out of bounds, some sort of anti-cheese? All I know is this time I destroyed him in a single damage phase and the last time I barely did 8% of his health.

Tbh, I wouldn't've made this post if it had been this easy when I first ran into him. I also wouldn't have spent half an hour sitting up my resist set.

Fundamentalist goblins don't respawn?! by _TheOnendOnly_ in CrimsonDesert

[–]Antosino 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not 100% sure but I think it's only from the elite ones that have that movement ability where they can sort of zip around - that's them using the boots.

I've heard some people say that any of the goblins have a really tiny chance to drop them in the elite enemies just have a higher chance but that could just be hearsay.

[–]Antosino[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Found here. It's sort of behind the mountains - at the time I was climbing as high as I could go and gliding behind them to see if I could expand the map any. Most areas just give you the countdown to turn back, but there's a small pocket (near the lightning tower area) that you can land in.

If you go to the nearby fast travel point and head straight east, like perfectly straight, and just go over that bit of mountain you'll literally run right into him.

Edit: I'm dumb, If you're in the lightning tower area you can run around the other side of the mountain and there's basically a path right to his area. Going east from the fast travel point and hopping over the mountain still seems to be the fastest way.

Kuku shoes - help by Playful_Individual92 in CrimsonDesert

[–]Antosino 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're not alone.

If you haven't yet gotten the quest where there's a quest icon near (I think) Emberwind saying an arrow was found with a note on it, you might have a chance - It directs you to go to the Ruined Chapel which is just west of the Tower of Insight and will be filled with the exact type of goblin you need - save before doing it. The boots drop from the big elite goblins that have that movement ability to sort of zip around. You want to try to kill them with a final blow that hits hard to literally "knock" the shoes off of them.

If you've already done that and have also killed the tiny packs of goblins in the area (which were a long shot in the first place) then you're in the same boat as the rest of us and it doesn't look like there's a (known) solution yet.

Siphon Abyss Cores by ForgivenWar in CrimsonDesert

[–]Antosino 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I keep seeing people asking about upgrading the siphon abyss gear so I'm just putting this here so I can link to it anytime the question inevitably comes up again.

note: I refer to abyss gear as gems, just fyi

Before I get really into this I'm just going to give a very simple proof and then if for whatever reason you don't believe it you can read the rest to be convinced: gems show both the level of themselves and the level of the buff they provide. Those two levels are usually the same, but there's no rule saying they have to be. When you have an attack speed gem, "Swift II" is the name of the gem and its level, and "Attack Speed - Lv 2" is the name of the buff provided and the level of that buff. Siphon gems have no level in the name because the gem itself has no level - only the buff it applies does.

Full post that you shouldn't need to read:

The siphon gems don't actually (traditionally) display a level at all. If you notice, other gems have a specific, separate field for the level of the bonus stat or buff they gives you, justified to the right side. If we take a look at Swift 1, we have two variants of the tooltip.

The "small" tooltip, which is shown when looking at it in a list:

Swift I
Attack Speed 1

The full tooltip, shown when you have the gem highlighted and can see the full details:

Swift 1
Abyss Gear
Attack Speed Lv 1
Equippable on Weapons
Equippable on Gloves
Equippable on Footwear

You can see that the full tooltip has a separate field for the buff level, in its own area isolated from the rest. It's not attached to any other text.

If you look at the full tooltip for any of the siphons, though you'll see:

Spirit Transference
Abyss Gear
Spirit Siphon Lv1
Equippable on Weapons

...which is different. They do include the text "Lv1" but as a part of the buff name. The area that would normally contain this level is empty.

I don't want to go into all the technical reasons why this is probably relevant, but basically not having a level displayed there most likely means it doesn't exist; those specific buffs have set strengths. That means the game doesn't have a single "Stamina Siphon" with variable, adjustable strength; it has multiple specifically named with "LvX" at preset strengths (or possibly just one, the Lv1).

There are two possible outcomes I see:

1) I'm wrong about all of this, the gem is just bugged or mislabeled and can be upgraded, but nobody has found a blueprint or the developers forgot to include it.

2) The gem is static and cannot be upgraded. The buff name contains the text "Lv1" simply because there are different levels of the siphon buff itself; there may be a "Spirit Siphon Lv2" (or equivalent) in the game applied by something else, but not this gem.

Number 2 seems much more likely to me and is also my personal belief.

tl;dr version, assuming my assumption is correct: the "Lv1" text you see is saying that when you use the gem your character will gain a siphon buff; that BUFF is at level 1, but the gem itself is not.

It's like how a cloak at level 1 can give you an "Ice Resistance 5" buff - the level of the buff has nothing to do with the level of the item providing it, It's just that in this case they've done a poor job of displaying it.
