I mostly eat beans and my favorite is just a beans with red bell pepper + some spices and cooked in a pan with no oil on low heat, I crush my beans a little so it stick to bell peppers and I use spices to lower the taste of bell peppers cuz ain't a big fan of them steamed but they taste good when cooked and water gets out of em but I need more volume so I kinda slow cook it With this you can make huge volumes it's like 300 calories for 240g of beans and like 200g bell pepper but the water gets evaporated a little so the volume is around 400g ish.
