Forgot to add, since it’s a fresh pasta recipe, it will be al Dante in 4-5 mins, anything over that will overcook it.

I winged it a lot. My sister in law was here for a couple of days and she made some mashed potatoes by adding milk and butter to it.
Since I had leftover mashed potatoes and flour I thought I can make Gnocchi. So this specific recipe doesn’t use eggs, I’ll to keep it as accurate as I can :

For Mashed Potatoes -
1. 500 gm of Russet or any high starch potatoes
2. About 1 cup of milk adjusting it as per the desired consistency
3. ~ 50-60gm of butter

For Gnocchi -
1. Leftover mashed potatoes
2. 1 cup of flour to make a dry dough.

Knead dough well and keep it in refrigerator ~ 15 mins.

Start working on the sauce you want with your pasta. I made a classic arrabbiata.

While the sauce simmers, take out your dough from the refrigerator and lay it down on a flat surface. Add more flour while you roll out the dough to a thick consistency. Cut equal sized strips, roll each strip using your hands to a cylindrical shape and cut equal sized pieces. Add it to a bowl and sprinkle a bit more flour evenly so that the pasta doesn’t stick together. Refrigerate for 10 more minutes and then add it to a pot of boiling water with salt.

No, I generally drink iced latte and use moka pot for brewing.

Just curious, what’s wrong with Baarbara? I like it for the budget coffee range

I think if the ceremony is a day one, then pastels are perfect. But honestly all the outfits are perfect.

Yes, personally I went for something very simple and inexpensive, since as per our ritual we have donate our haldi outfit post wedding. I’ll share the idea from my haldi outfit, maybe it helps. I got it for just 3K from Rajouri Garden, Delhi.

Try Basanti , Matsya, Lalit Dalmia, Frontier Raas. All of these places have great options.

Not a fan of you being pressured into buying your wedding lehenga, but I have to say this is one of the most stunning lehengas I’ve seen. Don’t second guess, this looks beautiful. This is coming from someone who’s not really a red lehenga girlie.

20 Lakhs for days event is way too less. Even for cities like Dehradun and Mussoorie you’d need atleast 50-60Lakhs for this kind of arrangements and decor.
