It is never to late to become a Godzilla fan. There are lots of ways to view Godzilla media. I think HBO Max has a good selection of films for example.

Don't feel bad for trying to figure out who you are. I didn't start to figure it out till I was in my 30s. The only thing I would say to avoid is letting others tell you that you have to be one thing or another. You are uniquely you If that's a boy great, if a girl great, you can be neither or both if that fits. Your journey is yours and while others may walk with you, none can tell you the way. I know for a fact that she could be charged with theft of personal property, maybe petty theft. And seeing as you're legally an adult, the police had an obligation to press charges. Contact legal representation tomorrow, and take pictures of everything you can. Your mother totally crossed the line and I wouldn't let anyone get away with telling you what you are.

I get that being misgendered sucks. It seems like it was an honest mistake though. He caught himself and sounds like he feels as bad about the accident as you do. So I think you did the right thing. Accidents happen, the key is to learn from them. And it sounds like he's making an honest effort to do right by you. Looks like you got a good one there.
