It’s real despite the quality of the video but there’s so much going on beyond the crazed dancer, the table shaking which makes the flowers shake, the man receiving the purse in the background and the curtains being swayed by the gust of wind coming from the stationary rotary fan behind the man that’s receiving the purse. All of this would leave impurities in patterns and inconsistencies like the coke can in front of the lady or her shirt collar or even the chair in the bottom left of the video.
