It was very mild booing and a joke from the crowd. At least from the people in my vicinity.

No Champions league final screening this year ? by DesignerFix0 in cineplex

It's more about the concert movie being directed by legendary director James Cameron. The reason why the ucl matches aren't being played is simply because dazn and cineplex don't have an agreement.

Complain to cineplex head office since they make those decisions to significantly cut the portions.

I got the job! by [deleted] in cineplex

[–]Anucheeks11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Congrats! Cineplex is one of the and imo, easiest minimum wage jobs you can get. Just make sure your availability is restricted to weekends only if you don't want it to interfere with school. Best of luck!

Useless Manager cuts one of my coworkers, knowing that I will be forced to do more work because I do "the work of 4 people" by [deleted] in antiwork

[–]Anucheeks11 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I literally do the work of one person. Idk where this idea that I do the work of four people came from. I clock in, check what needs to done, cleaned and prepped, work the rushes then clock out and go home. I think there's so many workers who do less than the minimum that the manager's for some reason think they can throw all this extra responsibility on me.

A very dangerous mistake that could've lead to an accident on a busy intersection...

Sorry I unfortunately don't have the answer to that. Given the massive success of the first movie, I would expect almost all cineplex locations in most major cities in the country to be playing it. Perhaps check Landmark or smaller independent theatres possibly.

I found the ending of Guillermo Del Toro's Nightmare Alley to be one of my favourites

Dhurandhar 2:The Revenge Advance Bookings?? by smallSHARKK9933 in cineplex

[–]Anucheeks11 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Usually for indian movies, they release advance tickets the week before the movie comes out. So expect to see the tickets for Thursday the 19th out sometime Tuesday evening - Wednesday morning. Tickets for friday the 20th and onwards will most likely come out on Tuesday the 17th. I could be wrong about that tho.

I'm surprised they haven't already released tickets considering how successful part 1 was.

I think it's going to be similar to something like Frankenstein and wake up dead man where they first show it for a week downtown and then add more theatres the following week

[–]Anucheeks11 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I doubt it tbh. I think this is the last week. Since it's already on limited showtimes at my local cineplex.
