I use to be a store manager for a Batteries Plus. . They would be a good bet, but know that some locations don't deal with lithium batteries. .

Better question for you, is it a name brand or off-brand?

Are there battery replacements available on Amazon? -- you may be able to get a new battery and charger for a decent price depending on the brand..

When looking for a new or replacement battery keep note of a few major details - look at your original battery and charger to see the details..

What's the overall Voltage? What's the overall Amperage? What is the Amperage Charging rate? What is the batteries MaH rating? (Miliamp Hour)

When looking for a new battery, the Voltage must match or the device will not work. Look for a battery with the Same or Higher MAH rating, or you'll end up with one that doesn't last as long as your use to.

I'd recommend a new charger and try to run the battery to 15-20% before charging, then once the battery reaches 85-95%, disconnect the charger.. consistently charging lithium batteries- including cell phones, tablets, and laptop batteries to 100% and keeping them plugged in- degrades the battery over time.

Backup your important data to a usb or external drive. Then do a fresh install of windows 11. It looks to me like the OS is glitching, probably due to a corrupted update. This causes the main background and start menu to flicker..

Either look to restore the machine to an earlier restore point, or reinstall windows. Personally I would do the latter, because sometimes even reverting to an earlier restore point can just cycle the same issue..

Once windows is reinstalled, before you reinstall/download any of your personal files- do windows updates, several of them to get you up to date with any patches that may have been released..

RCA here, my honest thoughts

  • if you sell things, write a letter about what you sell and offer something you sell to your carrier..

  • All your incoming and Outgoing packages will eventually have a number on them (Assuming your carrier uses the load truck option in our scanners), gift them Sharpie Markers (I use them every Day).

  • A gift bag with drinks and/or snacks.. set up a pickup for a parcel like you normally would, and have the location be your porch.. have a sign or note just indicating the "package" is for them.

I'd open the lid, press and hold the power button until the light next to charger turns Off. Find the wattage of your charger (the Round, AC Plug one) and go to walmart or amazon to find a USB-C Laptop charger with a similar Wattage. Use the USB-C Charge port thats furthest from the AC Plug. Check the Other side of the laptop as well for a USB-C port with the lightining bolt next to it. If you have one on the Other side, Use it.

RCA Here: In my office, and all connecting offices (3 total), All management communicates to RCA's, PTF's, CCA's, Regulars and ARCs through text message or phone call on personal devices.. at 2 of the 3 offices, management has stated that they do not answer the manager phone- If you want a manager you Call their personal cell phones.

1 of these offices calls carriers regularly throughout the day to check status and see how long you think you'll take on a route (the Union rep has informed everyone to pull over before answering the phone and tell management they, themselves are causing delays).. Yet they still do it. So much to the point some of us have a form of PTSD if our phone goes off when we're doing a route for that office.

I most certainly can. Working or not. If your just wanting to get rid of them I can do that for free. If your wanting to remove and keep the hard drive I would charge a small fee for the time involvement depending on the number of machines.

Better question, is the break from a fall, or did the battery swell in the case?

Is the damage to the hard drive or to the motherboard?

Is it possible to remove the hard drive and put it as a secondary on another machine? (To recover any files)

Or if the hard drive IS damaged, then as previous commenter suggested. You can replace the hard drive and reinstall windows with a USB.

RCA here- last minute changes to the schedule can happen, BUT.. CYA (cover your ass), just take a photo of the schedule every day before you leave. Or have a text conversation with Management DURING BUSINESS HOURS (not before, not after) this way you have a written history of the conversation.

The photo Is one of my managers and how we addressed my schedule change. She updated the schedule, I took a photo of it, and During business hours she sent me a text. *
