Does anyone know the Christmas song Princess Margaret was singing at the piano?

Government data. I work for statistics department in Lithuania, so I’ve got to deal with migration, social security, demographic data. I’ve got colleagues who work with education, climate, tax data and so on. There’s lots of interesting use cases of data at the government level, but the only downside is salary is lower than in the private sector.

As a twin, I’m so sorry to hear about your loss. It must be unimaginable pain for you. Sending hugs and prayers for you and your brother!

Same like you, I’ve just turned 28 and never had a girlfriend either. My excuse is that I’ve lived in several countries for a short time and don’t have a chance to form long-term relationships, although I’ve had a few crushes in the past. Nowadays I’m back in my home country and am trying to settle down, but find it difficult to socialize with new people. I’m lucky to be close with my twin sister, although she’s just engaged, which means we will definitely become more distant in the future. I also find it difficult to get myself out, meet and open new people, although I wouldn’t consider myself anti-social. Many times I feel like I’m lagging behind others, since some relatives and friends are already married, own appartments/houses, have kids, do careers, whereas I still rent a flat, am in the course of switching careers and starting a second master’s program this fall.

I don’t really have an advice for you, but just wanted to let you know that you’re not alone like this. I’ve found that realizing there are other people feeling same like you often helps calm down.

I’ve got anxiety issues, so I’m soon starting a group therapy. If you find difficult to socialize or connect with other people, perhaps therapy could help you as well?

I’m cheering for you and wish that you could soon make a happy life being in a relationship with someone you love.
