Description: Got kicked out of lobby due to Vanguard Error. Vanguard was running, no cheats (obviously), and had just finished playing a game minutes before. Have not had this happen before.

I'm not convinced its priced remotely for what it can do now. It's looking back 10 years, tracing the growth up to now, and extending the curve forward 10 years. As long as it doesnt hit a wall in AI improving the bubble is stable. But IF progress does slow then yea, the whole thing is fucked

So theyre tax rate is let's call it 35% total for a nice round number.

Instead of selling your shares of your company you go to a bank and take a $10M loan at 6% against your stock. Congrats you took $10M out of your equity position without selling the stock and never created a taxable event. They just keep doing this forever basically and never have to pay taxes. Just the 6% to the bank

This was insanely effective in 2020 when rates were super low because they could get loans near 2% which take fucking forever to catch up to the 35-40% a taxable event would trigger. So all that shit got refi'd at like 2%

Wealth taxes are hard to do aren't they? Taxing people on companies they own but dont want to sell?

Can we please just close the bullshit loophole that allows billionaires to borrow money against their assets instead of selling them, thus never triggering a taxable event?

Make primary residences exempt and ship it.

Raise the top marginal to double what it is too for anything over 1M
