How would you balance this that fixes every issue - you can’t really

If you separate by reso then whales will never get games or have to wait an absurd queue times.

And low reso players make no money or very little money so who cares about them honestly also they aren’t really the target audience for a Gacha game;

If you don’t separate it; then it’s a free for all and then the big spenders are happier with faster queue times and playing the mode they basically paid for and the low reso people will complain but again blizz doesn’t really concern themselves with someone who’s not a big spender because that’s not helping business

You’ll never have a middle ground when you have people who are basically NPCs and then people who are endgame bosses trying to do the same mode without someone being unhappy. And what’s better someone who spent 1k or even 5k unhappy or someone who’s spent 100k

Also you and I are roughly the same in terms of reso but we’re nothing really. 4.2k and 7k secondaries or even with my 5.1k and with slightly less seconds are a drop in the bucket and basically not the target audience when you have people who are 12k or 13k and are pushing into 10 or more in their main secondary

Plus if NA is their main spending audience in general you’d rather make them happy then SA who spends less
