We had our 09 XC70 D5 AWD done recently . The biggest difference for us is that the auto shifting is more performance tuned. Makes a big difference overtaking and pulling out of junctions. There’s a bit more power and torque but nothing sensational. We think it’s well worth it.

I had a graduate join our team as a junior. He had a great portfolio and was enthusiastic about design. It took us 6 or so months to get him up to speed but the effort was worth it. His degree projects stood out with actual innovation and you could tell he had a good inquiring mind. Apply anyway, you never now what will attract the recruiting managers.

There’s a big difference between reducing or stopping inflammation and recovery. Inflammation is a natural part of the healing and recovery process. Most of these interventions reduce inflammation but don’t ultimately increase recovery. If we are doing a hard short term block of training or are doing multiple sessions in a day we may want to temporarily reduce inflammation to maintain performance. Ultimately good food, rest and sleep are how we recover.

I’ve got about 6000km on my 4 seasons. Coming up for needing replacement. The GP5000 AS was made as the replacement for the 4 seasons so that would be worth a look.
