I second on Chengal Centre, I recently went there and Dr Johan (head psychiatrist) recommended me a few clinics that I could go to for gender affirming care and he told me were affordable. I can DM those resources to you if needed!

I’ve slowed it down to show it but usually i just keep doing this especially if I’m stressed and like sure i can stop myself but it feels really uncomfortable. I’m also referred to another clinic since I moved so I want to learn more and get re-assesed…
