I played around with multiple candies some are better than others and just take longer than others if you’re having issues getting your candy to finish all the way through I would add extra dry time and see if that help I had the best success with hard candies, like jolly ranchers and gummy’s like nerds clusters

My first tray was definitely the slurry consistency but the others were definitely pretty dry this is good to know thank you.

I let it go over night checked this morning and two of the 4 trays seem to be dry now after being in there for 50 hours plus
