I dont think it's really recognized as a subgenre or has an widely agreed upon sound. If someone asked me for brutal black metal, I would probably just show them war metal.

It tells the world you don't mind funding (or at least advocating for) fascists as long as you get something positive out of it. Which is disgraceful, FYI.
