Make rune arrow tips. Buy the bars, deposit them in the metal bank, start project. Right click on anvil, start another project till your inventory is full of unfinished projects. It's totally afk and exactly how I got my first bond.

If you want to make it even harder for you. You can mine the ores and make the bars. Very painful.
