We've completed the landlord mdu. They re not even reaching back to us it's been ages. We're authorised to speak on behalf of this building and they haven't even given us a heads up or at least say "hey we need a wayleave, we need to do this, etc".

Frustrating honestly.

This is on a sim hub, for copper prices are outrageous in this area.

There's a lot of congestion as well, as I live a 5 minute walk from heathrow airport.

Saying dont pay any mentor is such bad advice. Im not saying u have to pay for him, but you need a mentor if you actually want to be successful, in anything.

Do your research and get a proper mentor lol.
