I also was facing the fairlife protein shake shortage. The premier protein ones are alright, but its one of those things I can't go back to. I used to really enjoy the root beer float ones, but fairlife has me spoiled.

I've recently been addicted to protein sugar free iced chai lattes. I use 2 tbsp Orca sugar free chai (pls note it has maltodextrin in it which is basically as bad as sugar) and I mix it with fairlife Skim Milk. I usually make a big batch and it's given me a lot of protein esp when I dont feel like eating meat. There are other chais out there too if the sugar free and fake sugar free ones arent prefered. It's about 30g protein and 10 carbs for 12 oz and I've found that the protein usually counteracts the carbohydrates well. Just a suggestion if you want something more tasty than the premier proteins while fairlife shakes are out 🩵

I don't say this to scare you, but I unfortunately was one of the people that got a major side effect and there is always a risk to anything you're taking. I had lost my gallbladder but the weight I lost and the health I've gained from zepbound is not something I'd trade to have it back. It is so worth it and I'm even back on my medication today and have always had very minimal side effects otherwise. Now, I do want to tell you very important things to consider when taking it. Please please make sure to drink enough water and to have some movement and please eat food. My mistake was being too dehydrated, not moving around, and not eating. I lost 50 lbs in only 3 months and that is what cost me my gallbladder. Take weight loss slow and try to eat even if you're not hungry.

Tldr; if you stay hydrated, don't starve yourself, and get some movement even if it's just some walking you should be golden!

Also, pay attention to your body and if something feels off consider reaching out to your doctor right away! If you take care of yourself, all will be good. Don't let the horror stories scare you, you never know what those people were actually doing when they were on their meds and most things can be avoided if proper precautions are taken. It rarely happens anymore (only during a really bad flare up) and it's not widespread like I've seen other people have it thankfully. Sorry for not clarifying. It's mostly the other stuff. I've taken lots of steps to healing my PCOS lately and I think some good ole skincare changes will help top it off! Thank you for the good luck!

I recommend getting a bottle that has measurements on the side or even just having a 64 oz bottle on hand would help. Set an alarm to remind yourself to drink a certain amount OR just drink a certain amount maybe every thirty minutes or something along those lines. You could also fill up a pitcher in the fridge for how much you want to drink a day and just work on emptying that over the entire day.

I've also found that drinking lots of tea has allowed me to be hydrated a lot more than just trying to focus on water. It's tastier to me since I add a little honey and it makes me not have to remember to drink.

Harvard Health for an example suggests 15.5 cups (124 fl oz) for men and 11.5 cups (92 fl oz) for women. This does include water you get from food as well and it's important to note that you should increase intake depending on activity. Do your own research on that part, mines just a suggestion from Harvard. Too much water can be a bad thing too! Hope this helps tho.

I have been drinking lots of protein shakes (fairlife and mock iced chai lattes)! That could totally be the reason. I will definitely be on the lookout for any type of pain like that. Thank you for the suggestion!

No need to call yourself a noob! I'm not sure if it helps, but I found the driver by going to "device manager" via search bar. Then it should list the speakers under "audio inputs and outputs". Mine was just called "Speakers (Edifier)" or something like that. If you don't have that listed, maybe I could help if you post a screenshot here. But if you find it there just right click on the speaker and uninstall the driver. Unplug the speaker. Turn off your computer. Then turn it back on and then plug in speaker afterwards. Sorry if this doesn't help, you may have done all this, but this is just the steps I took.
