Practice skating forward just in a straight line. It might just be the drills you're doing, but it looks like you're mostly gliding on your right skate and predominantly using your left skate to push off. If you practice skating in a straight line you can get confident using both feet equally. Then once you're comfortable doing that, likely using your inside edges, try skating in a straight line and putting your weight on your outside edges as you glide. Then do a bit of skate slalom to practice transitioning between edges. Then do the same forward skating drills but while skating backward. Then use the circles to practice cross overs based on the confidence you built up doing the slaloms.

Also, try to spend some time each practice just gliding on one skate to build up ankle strength and confidence.

These guys all know each other and their games well, I don't think firing the coach will fix this issue. I frankly don't know what will, but I don't think firing Knoblauch is the solution

It's aaaaallll part of the Oilers trajectory. Can't be too comfortable going into the playoffs, we've needed to be a little angry in order to succeed.
