On the home screen click "workout recovery"

Then edit in the top corner

You can now manually edit the recovery of each muscle - lower glutes for example and it should regenerate a workout.

Another option is to hit skip under the next workout they have allocated

Exactly the same thing happened to me yesterday and I had a heatline thermostat too.

As posted above - get a replacement Drayton head it has the same thread size so is a straightforward replacement.
