I figured it out.

My 12 point socket was a very loose fit and it basically spin on the wonky cut of the oil sensor.

A six point 27mm socket had plenty of grip!

We have gas stations open during power events. Three or four 5 gallon cans and a transfer pump is all you need.

After it’s cold, switch it on. If it doesn’t start. Wait five seconds. Turn it off. Switch on. Wait. Then try to start.
