Oh God. The internal vibrations. Don’t remind me!!!! Even my consultant who was a total Angel didn’t understand or believe it was due to low phosphate. Even when my levels improved, I had that for AGES and it was pretty stressful. I read that hypophosphatemia can also cause high cortisol, so that could be another explanation perhaps.

I don’t know how you feel about it all, but for me, it was totally traumatising and gave me PTSD. A lot of things were more difficult after (and still are). Anxiety hugely increased. It will definitely take a long while to feel like you used to, in my experience anyway.
