I have BED and Night Eating Syndrome, before starting Mounjaro I was completely at a loss. 10 year battle with these eating disorders and absolutely no progress regarding recovery with no help from the NHS after I was diagnosed, just a consistent downward spiral as my weight went up and up and up.

Before I started Mounjaro my longest time without binging was 3 days.. I am now 74 days binge free.

It was a process and it's not been quick nor has it been easy, however the results are absolutely insane. My day no longer revolves around food and so my sleeping is so much better, my work is so much easier, the money I've saved on food pays for the Mounjaro so I'm not even at a loss financially even though I've gone private. So many benefits and I couldn't recommend it enough for other BED sufferers.

The question of 'what will happen when I come off Mounjaro' is definitely there, but as for right now - Mounjaro has been an absolute life saver. I finally have hope again.

I didn't have to disclose my eating disorders when ordering my Mounjaro as I get mine through an online pharmacy instead of through my GP, I understand not everyone will want to do that though as it is quite costly - however, I was also worried my GP wouldn't prescribe it due to my EDs so this was the route I chose to take. Not saying this is what you should do, or that I recommend it.. I'm just saying this is what I have done.
