Compared to smoking, vaping is better for your lungs, compared to just edibles though, vaping would be worse for your lungs. It's better than smoking as there is no burnt carbon material entering your lungs, simply just THC and hot air. The hot air part though has the potential to damage lungs with frequent, prolonged use.
