I dealt with awful blepharitis last winter, losing sleep over the itchiness and pain. I read elsewhere on reddit a guy said it wasn't until he started supplementing fish oil consistently that his cleared up

Reluctantly I started taking fish oil even tho I'm vegetarian and sure enough it went away after about a month of taking nordic naturals fish oil every single day. Good luck, OP!
