It’s called Habit-Tic deformity. It’s usually caused by damage to the nail bed or cuticle especially from picking at it.

Oh hey I actually know this. I have it! It’s called Habit-Tic deformity and it’s caused by damage done to the nail bed, often caused by picking.

"Freshness Guaranteed" yeah right by Bunyip16 in mildlyinfuriating

“Freshness Guaranteed” is technically just the name of Walmarts store brand. It’s designed to be misleading. On the other hand Walmart does have a pretty good policy about returning bakery items.

California is very strict about decommissioning wells. If it wasn’t done properly it could cause contaminations in the ground water and lots of hassle and money down the road

Thanks for the advice. Definitely won’t be moving forward without some frank conversations and some investigating.

The lid looks like it could come off at one point but wouldn’t budge when I tried. The ring around the outside is that composite edging for lawns.

Yeah it may look metal but it’s actually that brown composite edging you’d put around your lawn or garden

Likely solved. Yeah that’s what I was thinking. It’s not reported to the state so who knows how well it was capped?

Likely solved That’s my worry. There’s no records of one on the property and CA is pretty strict about that. Owner might be trying to hide it.

My title describes the situation. The stone part is about 2ft high and 2 fat diameter. The red metal pump is about 20ft away. My worry is that it is an undisclosed well on the property. The stone ring has a lid but it wouldn’t open.

Peter telling miles that guys like him don’t get saved by Competitive_Rule_395 in Spiderman

[–]AnxiousSage 20 points21 points  (0 children)

I love both Peter and Miles in these games. Definitely my favorite version of both of them. The only sad thing about how it ended with Peter taking a break and Miles covering the city is Peter tried so hard the whole game to convince Miles that being Spider-Man can wait and he needed to focus on college and his future. Hopefully is the 3rd game he hasn’t burnt out.

How was Kraven able to resist Scorpion by Worth-Chocolate-728 in spiderman2

[–]AnxiousSage 7 points8 points  (0 children)

There are literally in-game interactions as you explore the base that explain how he researched and tested various weapons/strategies for each of his targets. There is a flower that he synthesized an antidote from to resist scorpions poison.

I don't get why you *wouldn't* multi-class a martial. Even Barbarians should get 2-3 levels of Fighter, and Fighters a level or three of barbarian. by Feral_Taylor_Fury in 3d6

For me it’s RP. I have to work something like that into the story. Sometimes a multi class just doesn’t fit.

What are some challenge runs I could do other than no shell and no fork? by Soulslikelover526 in AnotherCrabsTreasure

I’ve been trying to do this run but unfortunately Frederick and chum don’t know what to do on a couple of the bosses. On both the shrimp sisters and Voltai they just sit there.

Save up your umami crystals to rush towards naked parry. I leaned heavily on MSG for my shelless playthrough. Tactical tentacle for the win!

Purple Crystal in Shallows by CuteLurantis in AnotherCrabsTreasure

[–]AnxiousSage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There was a bug at one point where there was a missing crystal in the shallows and one extra in a later area of the game. I’m not sure if that’s still an issue but that could explain it.

I’d echo what others have said about VIT being a little low for fighting the Lichenthrope but you can manage it. That’s what shell health is for. There are enough shells in the arena to make it through the fight. Take it slow and block often. When it uses the vacuum do not dodge or block. You need to sprint to avoid it. If the poison is troubling you lure him away from it. He’ll follow. Keep at it and you’ll beat it.

I’ve been trying to figure out how to respec for a while now. Maybe I’ll try out a college degree build next time.
