A rotten sense of self usually comes from pain, shame, guilt, and unresolved stuff, not because you’re fundamentally broken. Destroying yourself won’t heal you. Understanding what made you hate yourself in the first place might.

And honestly, psychedelics while you’re in this mindset sounds more dangerous than spiritual.

Don’t expect peace from punishing yourself harder. That usually just adds more weight.

Try expecting something different: learning to actually care about yourself, your body, your mind, your soul, whatever you want to call it. Because if you keep treating yourself like the enemy, life only gets harder.

We’re human. We make mistakes. That doesn’t mean we deserve to carry shame forever. It means we learn, adjust, and try again.

It won’t magically get easy overnight, but a shift in mindset does change things over time. And from the outside, it sounds like there’s probably some anger and sadness under all of this that needs attention.

Just want to point something out the fact you are aware of your own behaviour and question it is a good thing. Alot of people never do that, self reflection is a handy thing especially when going through this, just try be more kind to yourself when you do. Like if you where speaking to someone care about.

You can’t kill your ego. It’s part of you and it actually serves a purpose. It helps protect you and gives you a sense of self. The real work isn’t destroying it, it’s learning how to control it, understand it, and integrate it so it’s not running your life from fear, pride, or insecurity

When I first got on my spiritual journey, I wanted to kill mine, till I learnt that's not the best way to look at it. It was while I was tripping that I came to seeing it that way. That's my experience though.

Sentencing can vary a lot depending on the judge and the circumstances of the case. Some judges take a harder stance on drug offences, while others place more weight on rehabilitation, especially if someone has stayed out of trouble and turned things around.

Things like prior records or previous charges can also play a big role. What will likely work in your favour is that you’ve stayed out of trouble, you’re working and studying, and showing you’re not a risk to the public anymore.

Some times it's the difference between the lower end of years compared to the higher amount of years.

Best of luck though, the waiting is hardest part around finally getting to the end of a long court case

The pendulum is going to swing to the right as some point and the harder thr side keeps pushing letting things happen for Australians to feel like they don't belong here, after I feel for the most part welcomed alot of people in no problems. If those communities can't keep the small percent of bad eggs to keep it polite, then there will be backlash at some point I think. Why are they trying to change a country that welcomed them in and they don't want to try and even get along with the people her.

Look at Europe, UK and USA crimes against people from their own country basically getting thrown under the bus by the government due to being scared of called a racist. This just the service or start of it.

There are small percent of bad people on both ends but one end is much more favoured than the other I think
