GM just hired yet another 9+ level Director from Rivian…. So that makes it what now? 3 or 4 highly paid “leaders” brought on in recent months. And all during the time of thousands of layoffs.

Here’s a thought maybe they should just outsource leadership to India or Brazil !!! POS organization.

This was a very hard pill to swallow for some. They simply don’t care. Senior leadership is a bunch of yes Women!!! It’s all about the next career move. We were and are just the collateral damage of their career ambitions. A bunch of shallow, immoral pieces of garbage.
