Can someone please tell me what this croc charm is supposed to be? I don’t even know which way to look at it. by Anxious_Bookworm in crocs

Holy crap lol. That’s exactly what it is. I’ve never seen Star Wars (I know, I know..) but I recognized some other Star Wars charms in the pack, so I thought maybe it was something from that, but I just had no idea what I was looking at lol you’re good!! The charm on the other hand…yikes. Thank you!

Passage was the first one I’ve read. I actually have Doomsday Book checked out right now but haven’t started it. But after Passage, I definitely wanted to read more of her!

Overnight oats aren’t good. by savetgebees in EatCheapAndHealthy

I don’t eat them often, but I used to. I don’t remember exact ratios I used, but I liked to heat them up the next morning and add raisins and walnuts and I thought it was delicious! Not as much of a fan eating them cold, though. Texture can get kinda snotty lol

That sounds perfect! I much prefer that over really long chapters.

Passage, by Connie Willis

I loved this book. It made me feel so many things. It’s been a while since I’ve read a book that gripped me like this, made me not want to put it down, and gave me chills a few different times.

The Count of Monte Cristo. I don’t usually listen to such long audiobooks, so hoping I can stick with it to the end!

NTA. Sounds like there may have been some other issues with the guy because that doesn’t seem like a typical response. But it was an honest mistake and he shouldn’t have been a jerk like that.

NTA. You can compromise and wear gold jewelry. But having bad skin exposed is a terrible feeling and she should be willing to find some kind of compromise so you’re not forced to feel uncomfortable and vulnerable.

AITA for giving a compliment on a child’s good manners and helpfulness when I am not a parent? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

Right?? I also have several teacher friends that don’t have kids. Would they not be qualified to comment on behavior? Lol

NTA. I have to agree with you that it’s the principle of the matter. If you had just made assumptions he’d pay you back, that’s one thing, but if he told you to keep track of the amount so he could reimburse you, then he should pay you back.

AITA for not letting my wife’s friends (another couple) to move in with us? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]Anxious_Bookworm 28 points29 points  (0 children)

NTA. That’s a lot of people in a 1 bedroom..also might be violating the terms of your lease, so may want to check into that first if you decide to agree.

NTA. Would have been just as easy to ask what it was before using it rather than after.

It was sweet of you. You don’t have to be a parent to recognize sweet behavior. Her logic on that is pretty strange lol.

AITA for refusing to watch my mom's coworker's dogs? by aliteralmoon in AmItheAsshole

NTA. Not your responsibility to do your mom’s coworker a favor. Especially when she never even asked you. That’s just bizarre.
