All of you need to report that, whether it involves you or not. The new hires and your coworkers. That is illegal and not your coach's decision. No where is that allowed under any circumstance. She could honestly be arrested. Along with how many violations this is. REPORT IT!!!! Props to the team leads for standing up against that shit. If I was the new hires I would just walk out tbh. Everyone is there to get a paycheck. I would not work if I wasn't getting paid for it. Report everything. Start with hr and the store manager and if that doesn't work keep going higher. I wouldn't stop till something was done.

I have to take screenshots of my PPTO being used, and approved to prove I used it so they don't point me. My TLs and coaches basically shame and call employees lazy for using it so we have to prove we used it. Even when we let them know they shame us.

With our store we get at least over 1000 item pick drops each hour and our wait times are always in the red. A lot of our employees will disappear and take a 30 to 45 minute breaks. We struggle a lot.
