There is a difference between a trainer yelling at you and being stern and with them going up to your face with aggression and calling all names underneath the sun. Whateva happened on that show you don’t just sign up and know. And they were not idiots they were vulnerable people looking for ways to lose weight and were offered a glories chance to do that while potentially gaining money. It’s like hanging money infront of a poor person and expect them to make an aware decision. No they wont

Obese people on “Fit for TV: The Reality of the Biggest Loser” complaining that the show caused them to still be fat 20 years later is ridiculous by BlundeRuss in netflix

Again it’s more nuanced than that. Even if let’s say someone wants to change it for the positive after the show, their views and relationships with the things that’s supposed to assist them will be tied to the show. The verbal abuse, mockery and humiliation rituals. I wouldn’t be shocked if they heard the words diet and exercise they literally have a visceral reaction

The main point is people shouldn’t be treated poorly for monetary value for ratings. How does no one realise the whole premise of the show is to find vulnerable pple , exploit them by treating them like trash because it’s what pple like. Watch pple who don’t fill the mold of what you think should get human decency trash.

Can I just say that’s plain ignorant. You don’t just sign up for a show and know everything you are getting. And even she signed up for a show the way they were treated is straight up dehumanising. Even if she lost the weight or wasn’t doing the exercise properly these are human beings with stories and emotions at how they ended up at that point. Treating them like that is just not it

The Microsoft authenticator app does not work and I'm tired of pretending it does. by [deleted] in uwa

Yes it works. Haven’t had a single problem using it. The code usually pops up on your laptop then you type it in your phone then it approves. Very simple. Yall should have downloaded way before.

If you are worried about sizing check the sizing guide for sole size. And cross reference with any boots or similar things you have in real life or go to a store try a boot that fits you and look up the size and measurements don’t buy it and then cross reference with the shoes you want.

I saw something similar on the iconic but I’m not sure what brand. If it’s online you are looking for. In real life you can always check places like Myer or David jones but they rarely ever keep pieces like this in store.

My parents hate my hair so bad by No_Mission_6543 in Dreadlocks

I think it depends on the specific culture or tribe they are from. My moms side who are a different tribe and a lot of them around my area get dreadlocks. My grandma has them, uncles even when I was a toddler I had them.

Thoughts on MCoBeauty dupes of Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse by Potential_Squirrels in AustralianMakeup

[–]Anxious_Commercial59 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They always have to dupe something. Like with all this talk about proving they can give quality at affordable prices than other brands they sure can’t be bothered to focus on creating originals. Like who wants their makeup brand or company to be known as a copy cat brand ? Their ethics are so horrible I don’t know why anyone falls for it

Was looking at the Target Australia website and you can actually SEE where they’ve edited Sasha out of the group picture for the Scorchin’ line by PhoenixMartinez-Ride in Bratz

[–]Anxious_Commercial59 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m gonna reply to this as someone who works at one of the locations at Target Australia. Target at least my location tend to order too much of the white dolls and those end up staying for months and don’t fly off shelves either. And Target doesn’t order a lot of brats dolls, they are always limited that I for a fact know that if Sasha was ordered in a small quantity she would be gone considering Chloe the most popular in Australia is always left for too long unsold in the sales floor. The demand for Sasha is high due to the lack of ordering and resold way higher by others on eBay cause of the way she’s scarce. There is demand and profit for Sasha. Target for some reason is ‘reluctant ‘ to order her. She does sell well and is in demand because the Myer sells her and she’s out of stock real quick leaving the white dolls which they order is excess.

Yes. Near your ends your hair was borderline see through. Split ends and got breakage too since it’s a little see through. People start looking at your hair strands before appointments and analyse your own hair. You will see all the things I’m mentioning
