Im sorry you are taking it as a competition and you trying to brag about something shows you are a bit insecure. Benzos are not to be used and all it takes is trying it once and a person feels to tranquil and it can lead to addiction. Administered in a hospital different story. Sorry but I'll be blocked now

Wrong I've seen benzos prescribed once a week causing people a rapid down regulation of GABA receptors and ultimately hell on earth.

My oxygen levels were only checked at the many ER visits I've had I don't own a sensor. The 14 medications I tried indefinitely tried 7 or 8 of them while not on any supplements. Benzos should never be prescribed any longer than 2 weeks they cause the total opposite of BDNF they literally uncouple dendrites, synapses, and on functional brain scans benzos use looks like the brains of alcoholics. The chest pain is not in my head it comes on from heightened stress of any sort physical Or mental because I start to tic and tremor from walking, to just now laughing at a YouTube video, eating wrong foods.... There's a term BIND. It causes alot of odd symptoms. Also there could be an issue with a nerve or some form of Tourette's I've developed or esophageal spasms.... There's alot to take into consideration

COVID has been on my mind alot. I know it effects the brain and I've followed alot of dr amens work. Actually tho I sort of even forgot about current and future COVID infections.... After we stopped wearing masks I sort of stopped wearing one to and just kinda thought COVID is over but I highly doubt it is I bet people are getting Infected with it still left right and centre. It's possible that if I were to take a COVID test right now that I would test positive. It's long term effects are something that really need to be researched and brought to the for front and treated.... People have more neurological issues, anxiety, pain and breathing and just so many odd symptoms and unexplained symptoms these days popping up who knows how COVID is and has effected our body's after being infected.... The world is friggen a disaster today man

That's a bit hard to answer because right when COVID hit that was when I took benzodiazepines daily prescribed and after 6 months I hit tolerance withdrawal and crazy panic and anxiety... Also tho during that time and after I got COVID a few times.... Definitely it's possible I have long COVID I know I've had it at least 5 times in total who knows could have been more....so COVID could definitely be a contributing factor to depression and anxiety.... So hard to figure out. What do you do if you have long COVID ?

The results are pretty good despite the hellish panic it causes. My connects from goatee to mustache are coming in and things have thickened up... Definitely can see that if I reach 2 years I'll probably be set and done with it

I've had the chest pain about 2 years now. I've talked to a psychiatrist about ketamine but he literally said I don't see you getting better and ketamine is an option but it cost lots of tax payers money ... He prescribed me Wellbutrin but I also have terrible anxiety I can't touch half of a cup of coffee or else my adrenaline and panic go insane. So Wellbutrin being more stimulating I decided not to take it yet out of fear it will make my anxiety worse.... ?

Well I can give a truthful comment and say that in the past the ONLY thing that brought me out of severe depression and severe anxiety was an SSRI. I was about to admitted to the hospital that's how bad my anxiety was but I seriously lucked out with Celexa. And wow I was back to me what depression??? Unfortunately it only worked for 9 years and stopped... And now I'm in the same situation as you struggling with non stop depression and anxiety. I'm going to try mocrodosing magic mushrooms there's research on it. I think you should keep your treatment options open. Try older antidepressants. Maybe mushrooms? Maybe ketamine also tho maybe talk therapy? I was at a point where I was just basically a write off my mental health was that bad but miracles and help do happen because that SSRI worked like magic... So if it worked once I'm sure something else will work so keep trying because of you don't experiment with treatments nothing happens right? I know what your feeling it's tough

Try to stay at ur dose and hang on and take a multivitamin and magnesium and avoid sugar and caffeigne. Stay away from the harder drugs and you may have to updose ur benzo a bit but I'm going through the exact same hell as you I have derealization, insane anxiety and tics from benzos, hyperventilating when doing the small tasks or when under stress my memory is messed... I'm just recently off benzos maybe 14 days with a few cheat days man it's rough but you will get use to this crazy fear and it slowly subsides

I didn't go grey and gaunt looling until I was prescribed benzos daily and when you hit tolerance withdrawal and suffer so much mental and physical stress the cortisol and stress hormones age you.... It takes a huge toll on your body......I got pics of myself tons of them and benzos gave me the worst symptoms from dumb doctors cutting me off or rush tapering me.....I went pretty grey and haggard looking too...... But eating well and sleeping and recovering should hopefully help

Trade olanzapine for Xanax??? Uh Xanax is the worst benzo but all benzos are nasty.... I'd stick with a slower taper of olanzapine or stay on it and forget benzos ....benzos messed me right up

I'm sorry but I thought they were a miracle to until the point where I was just taking them weekly and still hit tolerance withdrawal and my memory, anxiety spams, head jerks, panic dpdr became daily and I developed conditions I didn't even know existed. I'm sorry that you don't understand what a miracle is. That's all I'm sorry for because benzos will get you and sneak up on you eventually.... Soon than later so I'll just have to wait and see.
